Exhibited by Gerry Neenan, Coolnafarna, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, this August `24 born bull is sired by the fore father of the breed “Siegfried” and is out of a Milton Lord Tiffany sired homebred dam, Fearna Tiffany ET. This uniquely bred bull was purchased in partnership by two N. Ireland Pedigree Breeders, Eamon McCloskey, Colerain, Co. Derry for his Drumagarner Herd and Chris Traynor, Armagh for his Kilmore Herd.
Next up selling at €5, 200 was the Reserve Champion, Towerhill Soldier Boy P sold by Seamus Aherne, Cappamore, Co. Limerick
Placed as Reserve Champion by Show judge Manus Connolly from the Ardunsaghan Herd in Co. Leitrim, this December `24 born bull is sired by Saltire Impressive and out of an Auroch Gohan P homebred dam, Towerhill Kandy Girl P. This stylish bull joins the Kilkitt Herd of Sean Brady, Castleblaney, Co. Monaghan.
The Overall Champion Clonagh Trident Fabulous was exhibited by Garrett Behan, Ballyfin, Co. Laois. This 14-month-old bull is sired by Kilbride Farm Dragoon and is out a Clonagh World Class sired dam Clonagh Jenny Fabolous. This bull sold for €4,800.
William O`Riordan, Rathcormac, Co. Cork sold lot 3 Bridgemount Shay for €4,600. Born at the end of October `24, this Derreen Knight sired bull is out of a Curraheen Earp dam, Bridgemount Lisa.
€4,100 was the selling price for Acushla Tommy Hilfiger exhibited by Eoin Coogan, Kiltegan, Co. Wicklow. This 15-month-old bull is sired by Clonagh Nevada Trudy and is out of a Crugmelyn Brenin dam Kilbride Farm Eunice 306K.
